Help & Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about how community issue reporting, moderation, and verification work on Ayos Bayan.

Do I need to create an account to browse or submit a report?

No! Ayos Bayan is completely open to the public. You can browse issues on the interactive map and submit community problems without creating an account or logging in.

How do I know if my report was received?

Upon submitting, you will be issued a unique tracking code (such as AB-2026-R8T2M1). You can enter this reference anytime on our Track page to see live moderator review status and updates.

What does 'Verified' mean compared to 'Resolved'?

'Verified' means a community moderator has confirmed that the physical hazard exists at the reported location. 'Resolved' means the problem has been physically repaired and documented with verified before/after photographic evidence or authorized public works documentation.

Will my phone number or email be shown publicly?

Never. Any contact details you supply are isolated in protected internal records accessible only to authorized platform administrators for clarification purposes.

What should I do in an active emergency?

Ayos Bayan is not monitored for real-time emergency dispatches. If there is an active fire, medical emergency, or ongoing crime, dial 911 or call your local Bataan police or fire station immediately.
