1. Platform Purpose & Scope

Ayos Bayan is a citizen-powered platform for reporting physical infrastructure and community hazards in Bataan Province. Use of this service is conditioned upon truthful, lawful reporting.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not submit:

• Fabricated, deceptive, or malicious reports.
• Defamatory accusations against private individuals.
• Obscene, abusive, or sexually explicit media.
• Commercial advertisements, spam, or promotional material.
• Reports of immediate life-threatening emergencies (which must be phoned directly to 911).

3. No Guarantee of Government Dispatch

Ayos Bayan is an independent civic-tech platform. You acknowledge and agree that publishing a report does not establish a legal duty for any government unit or agency to perform repairs or remedy the hazard within any specific timeline.

4. Content Moderation & Termination

Ayos Bayan moderators reserve the right to edit, unpublish, reject, or mark as duplicate any submission that violates these terms or conflicts with community safety guidelines.
